As the HR Director at Fellowmind, a leading European Microsoft partner, I am responsible for the HR and Recruitment team that supports some 500 employees across our country.

HR are responsible for all on- and off-boarding, employee legal-matters, engagement scans, employee handbook-matters and lot's more. 

In Fellowmind HR I thrive to create an open-minded culture, with respect for individualism and free thought. I am also happy to be a part of our HR circle with members from the other Fellowmind Regions. In this circle we co-create the HR polices for the future, and benefit for all fellows across regions.
